Start here Meet Pat
A day of deals run from a phone: the numbers on 123 Main Street, the offer, the follow-up, and the contract filled from the terms he confirmed.

0:00Meet Andrew. Andrew is a real estate agent and investor in the DC and Maryland market. Every morning he searched for deals one listing at a time.
0:08If he found one or two worth a look, he analyzed them by hand in the evening. On a good week he sent a handful of offers.
0:15Meet Pat. It is the same investor after he set up his AI operating system.
0:19Here is one deal, and one morning, today. Seven AM. Fourteen new listings were screened overnight against Pat's criteria.
0:27On his phone, ten are ready to review. He opens 123 Main Street, a potential flip with a clear first pass and the numbers already worked to the profit line.
0:36The deal page lays out the reasoning, not just a recommendation.
0:39Comps support an after repair value of 395 thousand. The rehab is cosmetic work plus a roof. At a best and final offer of 270 thousand, the expected profit is 60 thousand. The system says it is a strong deal at that price, and tells Pat to
0:54walk above 280. Pat sees every cost before he decides.
0:59He taps review offer. It has the listing agent's name, the price, earnest money, inspection period, cash terms, and settlement date.
1:06It reads like an offer email Pat would actually send. Pat checks it, makes changes if he needs to, then presses send.
1:12Nothing sends itself. The follow-up is not a mental note.
1:16Pat reviews the Thursday call list and approves it. Then the calls appear on his calendar. He can run that part of the business from a showing, with the same files, spreadsheet, email, and calendar connected at home.
1:27Later, the seller accepts. Pat asks ChatGPT to gather the records needed for the contract.
1:32It finds the due diligence, brings back the terms to confirm, and waits.
1:36Pat approves the address, offer amount, earnest money, inspection contingency, cash terms, and settlement date.
1:44Only after that confirmation does the home computer open the contract and fill its fields. Values that Pat did not confirm stay blank. The browser and PDF are working with the tools he already uses, while Pat keeps the decision.
1:57The completed contract comes back to his phone. Pat scrolls through the confirmed details, verifies every line, and presses submit. The computer did the preparation.
2:06Pat reviewed it and chose the action. The Real Estate AI Starter Pack is not a sales call where someone tells you to use more AI.
2:14First, take thirty minutes free to talk through the way your week actually works.
2:18If it makes sense, the starter pack gives you the two workflows worth improving first, the approval rules around them, custom instructions, and a practical set of prompts and checks in your language.
2:28Where your account, phone, and company rules allow it, we set up one useful starting point together, so you can use it on Monday.
2:34Pat did not become an AI expert. He has deals screened with the profit worked out, offers drafted and sent on his say so, follow-up calls scheduled, and contracts ready for his review.
2:44Start with a free thirty-minute possibility call. Then choose the Real Estate AI Starter Pack, a custom AI Operating System build, or a continuing partner who can add features, connected apps, and automations as the business changes. Joy Data Solutions dot com, slash
