This policy explains what Joy Data Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who we are

Joy Data Solutions LLC provides data analytics and automation consulting services. If you have questions about this policy or about data we hold, contact us at kevin.joy@joydatasolutions.com.

2. Information you give us directly

When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, book a call, or subscribe to updates, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number and preferred contact method, if you provide them
  • Your company or organization, if you provide it
  • The content of your message

We use this only to respond to you and to provide the services you asked about. Contact submissions are stored in Google Sheets and sent to us by email. Consultations booked through this site are scheduled using Google Appointment Scheduling, which receives the details you enter into the booking form.

3. Booking a call

Consultations are scheduled through Google Appointment Scheduling. When you pick a time, the name, email address and any note you enter go to Google and appear as an event in our calendar. That booking form is operated by Google, not by us, and what you type into it is covered by Google’s privacy policy as well as this one.

We use those details to hold the appointment and to talk to you about it. Nothing else.

4. Keeping the forms free of spam

When you submit a form we briefly record the IP address the request came from, so we can rate-limit automated submissions. It is held in memory only, for a rolling window, and is not written to the lead record or used to identify you.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies and records the pages you visit, general device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address - Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We look at this only in aggregate and do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies; the site works either way.

6. Advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and may advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of those ads, the link carries a campaign label and a click identifier. If you then send us an enquiry, we store those alongside it so we know which ad started the conversation and can stop paying for ads that do not work. We keep that information only for people who contact us; we do not build a profile of visitors who simply read the site. We do not sell your personal information. Where we report a completed sale back to an advertising platform, it is tied to that click identifier rather than to your name or email.

7. Service providers we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Google — Cloud, Sheets, Gmail, Appointment Scheduling and Analytics: hosting, storing enquiries, sending email, scheduling calls and site analytics
  • Stripe — payment processing for the Starter Pack. Stripe handles the card details directly and we never see or store your full card number
  • Supabase — the database that holds your enquiry, hosted in the United States
  • Meta — Facebook and Instagram advertising, and reporting on which ads led to an enquiry

We may also disclose information where required by law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will do so within 30 days.

9. Security

Measures we apply to the systems described in this policy:

  • Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
  • Form submissions are rate-limited and checked for automated abuse.
  • Access to systems holding client data is limited to personnel who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Ask us to stop sending you marketing messages

To exercise any of these, email kevin.joy@joydatasolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
